We are happy to announce that voting for the Head of Departments positions is now open on the OCEANS Community Portal! Learn about the Candidates and get ready to vote for the following positions to help shape the future of OCEANS:

• Head of Internal Affairs
• Head of Communications
• Head of International Coordination
• Head of Community Development
• Head of Projects

Polls will be open until 18th January 2025 (midnight). The results will be officially announced on 20th January, and they will automatically appear on the portal.

Why vote?

It is your chance to make your voice heard and contribute to the direction of our community. Whether you are a current member or a prospective candidate, your participation will help shape the future of OCEANS Network and ensure that our initiatives align with the needs and goals of students and alumni involved in international exchange programmes. This is an important step in shaping the future of OCEANS Network, and we encourage all Department members to get involved and make their voices heard.  
Please note: elections will be conducted within each department, and only members of a department will be able to vote for the Head of their respective department.

How to vote

Log in to your account on the OCEANS network portal to view the list of candidates and learn more about their qualifications. You can contact the candidates directly through the portal, ask them questions and discuss their strategies for enhancing our global community.

You can also get in touch with other community members in the same way!
Once you’ve made your choice, cast your vote! It is your chance to contribute to the future of OCEANS Network!
